Shawn Kilcoyne

Founder

Shawn is a serial entrepreneur with over 22 years of building brands and businesses. His expertise includes business development, frozen technology & distribution, consumer packaged goods and national brand partnerships. Shawn previously owned Mini Melts Ice Cream and grew it to over 20,000 locations in the U.S. and has been nominated for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Michael Crouse

CEO

Michael was appointed CEO September 5th and joins Lux Ice with over 30 years of commercial and general management experience in both the retail and foodservice sectors in North America. His previous roles included President of US Foodservice at Kraft Heinz and VP/GM of US Supermarkets at the Frito Lay division of PepsiCo. Most recently, he was the Head of US Prepared Foodservice at Tyson Foods.

Mark Rogers

CFO

Mark is an experienced finance and operations executive in both large corporate environments as well as mid-level growth companies. His finance experience includes roles as Division VP of Finance and CFO of Frito-Lay's Foodservice division. He was also COO and CFO of UR Holdings, a construction company acquired by Katerra, Inc. He holds his B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Drury University and his MBA from North Carolina – Charlotte.

Vince Bush

SVP R&D and Operations

Vincent Bush retired as Sr. Director of Engineering for Frito Lay after a 30-year career. He was responsible for factory automation and production flexibility for all snack food manufacturing plants Vince spent five years in the R&D function responsible for product quality, process improvements, and new product development. He also enjoys using his talents to help serve and improve his local community including in disaster relief efforts and serves as a crew chief with Habitat for Humanity. Vincent is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
